We’re committed to providing quality products and excellent service. While we do not offer refunds, we do allow exchanges or store credit under the conditions below.

Exchange & Return Window

You may request an exchange within 30 calendar days of the purchase date. After 30 days, we are unable to offer an exchange or store credit.

Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit

To qualify for an exchange or store credit, the item must:

  • Be defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • Be unused and in its original packaging

  • Be in resalable condition

  • Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, etc.)

All returned items will undergo an inspection. If they do not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to deny the exchange.

Note: Perishable items and any items marked as sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.

Store Credit Policy

We do not process refunds. If your return is approved, you will receive a store credit for the value of the item (minus any applicable fees), which can be used on any future purchase.

Restocking Fee

All accepted returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which helps cover handling and processing costs. This fee will be deducted from the value of your store credit.

Please ensure all items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. If an item is returned damaged due to poor packaging or excessive handling, we may deny the exchange or reduce the store credit value.
